The focus is on topics like school safety, opioids and infrastructure, and trade. As a director, she has not been in touch with many reporters. The company received lots of press attention after she was named as the candidate for replacing Hope Hicks, the communications director. It hasn't been a pleasant fight. The allies of Schlapp and Tony Sayegh started arguing within the press.
